Originally from Fitzroy, Ayesha graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from The University of Adelaide in 2010 followed by a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2012. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice in 2015 and completed a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in 2016. She has additional qualifications and experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Travel Medicine and Medical Education, and has worked across multiple diverse settlings both internationally, and across both rural and metropolitan Australia.
Ayesha has a special interest in women’s and children’s health, and in particular reproductive medicine and pregnancy care. Having had three babies to assisted reproduction, she is excited to have the opportunity to help other people complete their families. Outside of work, Ayesha enjoys chasing her three small children around (fuelled by copious amounts of caffeine), exploring the great outdoors, travelling, and all things musical!
