Alicia joined Life Fertility Clinic as a medical secretary in January 2011.

She had previously gained valuable experience working at a busy radiology clinic in a private hospital and working in various non-medical customer service positions. She has undertaken studies in business and justice administration.

Alicia is responsible for our Quality Management system at Life Fertility Clinic and ensures that all our policies and procedures are of the highest standards and comply with all legislative requirements.
