Whether you are a same-sex couple, a single woman, or a heterosexual couple facing fertility challenges, donor sperm may be part of the path to starting or expanding your family.

We’ve helped hundreds of families grow this way — and we’ll always give you the full picture, not just the highlights.

What Donor Sperm Is Available?

  • Anonymous Donor Sperm: We offer access to a diverse range of anonymous donor sperm from reputable overseas sperm banks, allowing you to choose the donor who best matches what matters to you. There is no waiting list to access donor sperm.
  • Known Donor: Some individuals or couples may choose to use sperm from a known donor, such as a friend or family member. Our team guides you through the process from start to finish, making sure everyone involved feels informed, supported, and safe.

Who Can Access Donor Sperm?

  • Same-Sex Couples: If you’re in a same-sex relationship, donor sperm opens up options like IUI, IVF, or reciprocal IVF, where one partner carries a pregnancy conceived using the other partner’s eggs. We’ll help you find the approach that feels right for you as a couple.
  • Single Women: If you’re a single woman, you don’t need a partner to grow your family. IUI or IVF with donor sperm gives you that option, whenever you’re ready.
  • Heterosexual Couples: FIf you and your partner are facing male factor infertility or a genetic concern, donor sperm can still make IUI or IVF possible, with genetic screening of embryos if you need it.
  • What are my treatment options with Donor Sperm?

The right option depends on your circumstances, and we’ll help you weigh them up.

    • IUI (Intrauterine Insemination): A simple and effective fertility treatment where selected donor sperm is carefully placed directly into the uterus during ovulation, to support your chances of conception. W
    • IVF (In Vitro Fertilization): Donor sperm is used to fertilise eggs retrieved from the ovaries in our laboratory, and the resulting embryo is transferred to your uterus. You can find out more about the IVF process here. here.
    • Reciprocal IVF: Designed for female same-sex couples — one partner’s eggs are fertilised with donor sperm in the laboratory, and the resulting embryo is transferred to the other partner to carry the pregnancy. Only available through our Full Service Program.
