Maddy moved to Brisbane in 2019 from Townsville to escape the heat! Since moving to Brisbane, Maddy has moved through several different roles such as a radiology receptionist, medical typist, aged care and disability support coordinator and has now permanently landed at Life Fertility as an IVF receptionist.

Maddy is also studying to be a nurse, and this is her true passion – caring for patients and going above and beyond is where Maddy shines! Her favourite part of the role, so far, is helping new patients navigate their way through the admin side of IVF. She understands how complex and confusing it can be and she aims to help answer any questions and make new patients feel welcome and at ease.

Outside of work Maddy loves spending time with her family, her partner and their fur baby Kronos and hitting the gym.
