Life Fertility Clinic provides a large range of programs for fertility treatment, including:
- Ovulation Induction with Timed Sexual Intercourse (TSI) and Artificial Insemination.
- In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) involving the stimulation and retrieval of eggs, then the subsequent fertilisation of eggs and development of embryos in a culture system. When matured, the embryo(s) are transferred back to the uterus.
- Assisted Hatching weakens the shell of an embryo to increase the chance of the dividing embryo hatching and implanting into the uterus.
- Embryo Transfer transfer of a day 2-5 embryo into the uterus.
- Blastocyst Transfer transfer of a day five embryo into the uterus.
- Cryopreservation (freezing) and storage of embryos, sperm and eggs for use in future cycles.
- FET Frozen Embryo Transfer.
- PDS Pre-implantation Genetic Screening for genetic abnormalities in an embryo before it is transferred into the uterus.
- ICSI Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection the microscopic injection of a single sperm into an egg for fertilisation.
- TESA Testicular Sperm Aspiration for the retrieval of sperm.
- PESA Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration for the retrieval of sperm.
- Sperm donation (with a known donor or clinic recruited donor); the utilization of donor sperm for fertility treatment.
- Egg donation program (with a known donor or clinic recruited donor); the utilisation of donor eggs for an IVF cycle.
- Embryo donation program (with a known donor or clinic recruited donor) the utilization of donor embryo for an IVF cycle.
- IUI Sperm washing and intrauterine insemination.
- Hormone evaluation Semen analysis. Analysis of semen sample for abnormalities, numbers, morphology, motility.
- Infertility counselling Counselling by independent counsellor for patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Genetic counselling Counselling by genetist on genetic complications for patients undergoing fertility treatment.
- Surgical treatment of infertility including laparoscopic removal of endometriosis
