SUSANNE MCMURTRIE

Administration Director

Prior to Susanne taking up the position as Administration Director at Life Fertility Clinic, she held the position of Practice Manager to the founding Director of Life Fertility Clinic, Dr Glenn Sterling. Susanne commenced employment with Dr Sterling in 1999. Previously Susanne gained valuable experience over a fourteen year period in rheumatology, neurology and rehabilitation medicine, including extensive experience with a medico-legal practice. During her career Susanne has enjoyed the challenge of establishing a number of medical practices from their inception, whilst providing valuable practice management advice and consultancy services within the medical industry. Susanne also founded a registered training organisation offering medical administration training at locations Australiawide.

JILL MCGREGOR

Reception Manager

Jill was delighted to accept the position of Reception Manager at the establishment of Life Fertility Clinic. Prior to joining the clinic Jill was employed as a medical secretary for Life Fertility Clinic’s founding Director, Dr Glenn Sterling. During Jill’s employment with Dr Sterling she has been instrumental in the relocation of the practice on a number of occasions and the move to computerisation of the practice records. Jill commenced employment with Dr Sterling in 2001. Jill brought valuable customer services skills to her position having been previously employed in the banking industry. Jill’s friendly personality along with her attention to detail makes her a valued member of the administration team at Life Fertility Clinic.

CASSANDRA BENECKE

Medical Secretary

Cassandra joined the IVF field after six years experience within health services as a Pharmacy Dispensary Technician. Her desire to become more involved in patient care led her to join Glenn and his team in 2007. Cassandra is extremely focused on providing exceptional patient service and is an integral part of the dynamic Life Fertility Clinic team in Brisbane.

ALICIA HICKEY

Medical Secretary

Alicia joined Life Fertility Clinic as a medical secretary in January 2011. She has gained valuable experience working at a busy radiology clinic within a private hospital. Prior to entering the medical field Alicia worked in various customer service positions. She has enhanced her employment skills by undertaking studies in the TAFE sector in Business and Justice Administration. Her outgoing personality, positive outlook and willingness to contribute to the team at Life Fertility Clinic is an asset to all with whom she has contact.

MADELEINE SIMON

GP Liaison

Madeleine brings to her role as the Life Fertility Clinic GP Co-ordinator a wealth of knowledge and experience gained as a sales representative within the pharmaceutical industry.  Madeleine’s skills are also enhanced by her early career as a registered nurse and midwife. Madeleine is available to visit your practice at a time suitable to you and your fellow practitioners.  She is also more than willing to conduct an information luncheon event for your clinic.
