Before commencing fertility treatment it is important that you understand what is involved in the treatment cycle your specialist has planned for you.

Meet with one of our IVF nurse coordinators, who will explain in detail what is involved in your treatment cycle.
Before commencing any fertility treatment you will be required to sign consent forms. We advise you to take the consent forms away with you as well as the detailed information relating to your cycle treatment for contemplation.
Our administration staff will explain the costs involved with your cycle, including particulars about Medicare rebates and out of pocket expenses.
Laboratory tours and information evenings are offered on a regular basis. These sessions give a closer insight into the operations of the laboratory and the equipment and processes involved.
Our IVF nurse co-ordinators are available to speak to you anytime between the hours of 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. In cases of emergency, after hours and on weekends, you may contact your specialist by phoning their consulting room. A message will be left giving you information about contact details.
