Counselling

Infertility is a medical condition that touches all aspects of a person’s life. It may affect how you feel about yourself, your relationship with others, and your perspective on life. How you deal with these feelings will depend on your personality and life experiences. Most people can benefit from the support of family, friends, medical caregivers, and professional counsellors.

Life Fertility encourages all patients having fertility treatment to take advantage of our counsellors who are experienced in fertility issues. One counselling session is included in the cost to all patients undertaking IVF treatment, however, it is not compulsory.

Counselling prior to any treatment is compulsory for all sperm, egg and embryo donors, their partners and the recipients.

Payment for these sessions will be met by the recipients.
